Vitalii Melnyk

Vitalii Melnyk has significant experience in the development of large infrastructure facilities in the field of commercial and residential real estate.

Mr. Melnyk joined the UDP team in 2005. Under his leadership, the company designed and built such large-scale projects as Maristella club house in Odesa (winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2011), the cottage town by the Black Sea, innovative parks UNIT.City in Kyiv and LvivTech.City in Lviv. Vitalii Melnyk received his MBA degree at the MIM-Kyiv Business School. He also completed “Management of Organizations” course at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
