UDP

UDP is one of the leading Ukrainian developers, which uses the world’s best practices for building metropolitan areas. The company cooperates with leading design bureaus and implements the most up-to-date architectural and engineering solutions in Ukraine.

UDP initiates and successfully implements long-term projects, including ultra-modern shopping and entertainment centers, comfortable housing estates designed according to “a city within the city” model, and innovation parks. UDP executes a complete control cycle: from project creation and construction to commissioning, sale, and lease. The company’s facilities are unique both aesthetically and technically. Moreover, they meet international standards of environmental responsibility and energy efficiency.

As of today, the company has implemented about 20 projects, covering an area of over 3M m². Its assets contain about 1,000 ha of land. The majority shareholder of UDP is Vasyl Khmelnytsky, a Ukrainian businessman and the founder of a private equity firm and group of companies UFuture.

Our company’s history

2019

The company opened Smart Plaza Obolon, a mixed-use complex combining a modern shopping center with high-quality housing.

2018

UDP launched Smart Plaza Polytech, one of the first mixed-use complexes in Ukraine.

2017

The company made a strategic decision to develop the country’s first innovation parks UNIT.City and LvivTech.City that will become engines of Ukraine's creative economy as well as points of entry for foreign investors.

2016

UDP joined the development of Ukraine’s first industrial park Bila Tserkva.

2013

The first house of a premium-class residential complex Bulvar Fontaniv welcomed its new residents.

2012

UDP opened its shopping and entertainment center Ocean Plaza, one of the largest in Europe. The building’s peculiar concept and its favorable location attracted a number of influential international brands, with one third of them previously unrepresented in Ukraine. Subsequently, Ocean Plaza was recognized as the most popular Ukrainian shopping mall.

2010

The company started developing its second "city within the city" residential complex RiverStone right on the bank of the Dnipro River.

2009

UDP undertook to reconstruct the strategic infrastructure facility Zhuliany, turning it into Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport with three new terminals and an annual passenger flow of more than 3 million people.

2007

The company began developing Parkove Misto residential complex with its own natural park and cascade of lakes.

2004

UDP opened a large-scale "city within the city" complex Novopecherski Lypky, the first of its kind in Ukraine.

2003

UDP opened Gorodok, one of the first shopping and entertainment centers in Ukraine (Kyiv).

2002

Entrepreneurs Vasyl Khmelnytsky and Andriy Ivanov founded the UDP development company.
