Sergii Bogoslavskyi

Sergii has been working in the Ukrainian real estate market for more than 15 years.

Before joining UDP, he was head of his own real estate development business, where he realized about ten commercial real estate projects in Kyiv. Among them were; an innovative R&D center for a leading electronics manufacturer, and the revitalization of an industrial space into modern offices for companies from the IT sector.

Former to this, Sergii held the position of chief architect in the Ukrainian Trade Guild. In this role, he led the project teams who took part in the development of concepts for the shopping and entertainment centers Ocean Plaza and Respublika, and also oversaw the reconstruction and implementation of the Komod shopping and entertainment center.
